General Information

Teams/ Leagues

• Junior Team Tennis (JTT) league plays in spring (March-May), summer (June-Aug) and fall (Sept-Nov); each season ends with a single elimination tournament run by the City.

• Teams are determined by ages of youth participating. Levels of play are 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U. Levels are determined by the following dates: spring - age as of 8/31 that year; summer - age as of 8/31 that year; fall - age as of 11/3 that year.

• There are sub-leagues within each age group - beginner, intermediate, etc. SARC coach decides which level the group will play.

• Matches are all home or locally away. When home, each player is asked to provide a new can of age-appropriate balls (8U-red, 10U-orange, 12U-green dot, 14U/18U-yellow). Parents are responsible for all transportation of youth to/from matches. Youth should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each match.

Saturdays:

8u/10u: 9am

12uB, 14uB: 10:30am

12uS, 14uS: 12pm

Nov 5-7 - Local League Tournament/Playoff

Springdale Fall Clinics

RDUTennis is excited to launch a fall clinic session starting the week of 9/13 for adults and kids.  Registration is completed online and questions should be directed to brian@rdutennis.net. 

Pricing for an 6 week session will be:

$75 member fee for 1 hour
$125 member fee for 90 minutes
$150 member fee for academy

Please review the adult clinic section carefully. There are some dates we can not operate due to league matches. We will not end our Fall (1) session until each clinic has concluded, though.

Advanced Junior Tennis Academy will be offered Monday & Wednesday with the expectations each student understands the rules of matchplay, can serve, has played team tennis/tournaments, and strength & conditioning.
